Clients
Client workspace lifecycle — ONBOARDING to ACTIVE, what a paid seat includes, and how to manage active client relationships.
What is a client workspace?
When you activate a paid seat for a business, GeoScript provisions a client workspace for that relationship. The workspace holds all monitoring data, website intelligence, recommendations, reports, and ask-history for that client. It is isolated to your agency — other agencies cannot access it.
Onboarding phase
Immediately after seat activation, the workspace enters an onboarding state (ACTIVE_ONBOARDING). During onboarding, GeoScript:
- Begins crawling and snapshotting the client's public website to build a Content Genome.
- Runs an initial prompt universe across configured AI engines to establish a baseline visibility picture.
- Generates baseline recommendations from the Optimization Engine.
Onboarding typically takes one to several days depending on site size and the observation schedule. The workspace is usable during this period, but initial data may be incomplete.
Active phase
Once onboarding data is collected, the workspace moves to ACTIVE. In ACTIVE state:
- AI monitoring runs on schedule across up to six engines.
- Website intelligence refreshes on changes.
- Optimization recommendations are available for review.
- Reports publish at the end of each monitoring period.
- Ask GeoScript is available for grounded Q&A over the client's data.
- Pitch Rooms can be created for the client (for retention pitches, upsells, etc.).
What a paid seat includes
Each $299/month client seat includes:
- AI visibility monitoring across up to six engines.
- ~1,100 prompts per client per monitoring cycle.
- Website intelligence (crawl, snapshot, Content Genome).
- Optimization Engine recommendations.
- Standard Script connection for website deployment.
- Reports (baseline, weekly, monthly) with shareable links.
- Ask GeoScript (grounded Q&A over the client's stored data).
- Pitch Rooms for the client relationship.
Seat pricing applies per active client. Seats in WON (not yet activated) CRM stage do not bill.
Managing the Standard Script
To unlock website intelligence, optimization deployment, and the full monitoring picture, install the Standard Script on the client's website. The script is a lightweight, fail-open browser tag that applies typed DOM-level optimizations from a signed deployment manifest.
The Standard Script never executes arbitrary JavaScript or inline event handlers. It applies only constrained, typed optimizations defined by GeoScript's deployment DSL.
What GeoScript does not do for clients
GeoScript does not directly communicate with your clients. All client-facing surfaces (Reports, Pitch Rooms) are branded by your agency — GeoScript is not mentioned in those surfaces.
GeoScript does not manage your client billing relationship — you charge your clients however you choose. The $299/month seat is what you pay GeoScript.
GeoScript does not claim that installing the Standard Script guarantees AI engine recommendations. It enables optimization delivery; outcomes depend on AI engine behavior.
