Two relationships
Client work and referrals are different.
An agency paying for its own client work is a customer. A referral program for bringing new agency accounts needs separate attribution and terms.
Research new client opportunities with evidence.
Introduce eligible agencies under a distinct partner agreement. Approved partners earn 25% of eligible revenue for 12 months.
Referring other agencies?
Referrals run through the partner program, separately from your own client work. Commission is 25% of eligible revenue for 12 months, held 60 days, then paid monthly via Stripe Connect from $50.
