Two-tier platform: Tier 1 ($399/seat) beats every monitoring competitor on price and coverage. Tier 2 ($899/seat) is the only product in the category that automatically deploys the fix — via a single script tag, no competitor comes close. Built for the 125,000+ agencies and millions of local businesses invisible to AI right now.

Full data room, pitch deck, ads projections, press distribution plan, and influencer + affiliate strategy available on request.

When AI ranking rules change, we’ll know before Google even tells you.

That’s what the dataset unlocks — and why data, not dashboards, is the moat.

“$189M has been invested in dashboards that show agencies their clients are invisible to AI. GeoScript is the first product that actually fixes it — automatically, with a single script tag.

Why now

AI search isn't a trend — it's a structural shift in how buying decisions get made. This is the single most important upgrade available to any local business or marketing agency today.

01
AI is eating local search

ChatGPT handles 10B+ queries/month. Google AI Overviews appear on 50%+ of searches. Perplexity is the default browser on Samsung flagship phones. 80% of AI assistant citations don't rank in Google for the same query (Ahrefs, 2025) — years of SEO investment doesn't transfer. Every local business is effectively starting over.

02
$189M spent on dashboards. Zero on fixes.

Otterly, Peec, Profound, AthenaHQ — every dollar went to monitoring. The entire category built a smoke detector and called it a fire department. GeoScript is the first product that actually deploys the fix. That's not a positioning choice — it's a category gap nobody filled.

03
Agencies need this right now

85,000+ agencies serve clients asking about AI visibility. This work is being billed at $2,500–$8,000/mo per client manually. GeoScript automates it at a fraction of that cost. This is the AI integration boring businesses have been waiting for — not a new tool to learn, a service they already sell.

04
Data is the real prize. The window is open.

Think .com era. Google didn't win because of a better interface — they won because they collected more data than anyone and compounded it aggressively. We've architected the first geo-local AI citation dataset ever assembled: a 144M-query pipeline spanning 300+ industries, 4,000+ cities, 6 engines, across 4 proprietary data layers nobody else has. This round funds the pull. The window to be first is open right now. It won't be.

The opportunity

The gap

Every competitor is a monitoring and recommendations tool. They surface the problem and tell you what to fix. GeoScript Tier 1 ($399/seat) matches and beats them on monitoring. GeoScript Tier 2 ($899/seat) goes further than any competitor has gone — deploying the actual fix inside the client's site: automated schema injection, AI crawler mode, structured answer blocks, and llms.txt maintenance, all via a single script tag, fully reversible.

The agency channel

Agencies are white-label resellers. They pay $399–$899/seat, deploy GeoScript under their own brand, and bill their clients at market rate ($2,500–$8,000/mo). Every agency that signs is a compounding distribution node. 100 agencies × avg 5 clients each = 500 businesses on the platform from a single campaign.

The data moat — two layers

The 144M+ query benchmark is planned to be the largest geo-local AI citation dataset in the category — architected and costed, funded by this round to pull. A competitor could match it in 3–4 months with budget. That's the head start, not the permanent moat. The real moat is first-party data from deployed client scripts: what AI crawlers actually read, which content changes moved citation rates, real before/after outcomes. 2,400 executions per client per month at ~$16 cost. Cannot be purchased. Only exists because we have the script live on real client sites.

The flywheel

Every client that installs the script creates internal data no competitor can buy. That signal compounds across every client on the platform. Aggressive distribution from day one isn't just GTM — it's the moat strategy. Every agency signed before a competitor ships a competing script creates a gap that widens permanently.

The opposite end of the market — and the far bigger one

Enterprise AI search tools like Profound serve giant national brands with big retainers. GeoScript is built for the opposite end of the market: the local and regional businesses that live on showing up in search, and the marketing agencies that manage dozens of them at once. There are a few hundred enterprise brands worth chasing. There are tens of millions of local businesses and 85,000+ US marketing agencies serving them. Our addressable market dwarfs the enterprise segment those tools compete over.

The agency channel is also what drives our acquisition economics. Winning a single business is one client. Winning one agency can mean 5, 15, 50, or over 100 client sites from a single sale, which collapses our effective CAC and compounds our dataset with every client the agency adds. That is why the platform is designed agency-first, with white-labeling and multi-client management at the core, and why our 26 agency reservations and counting matter: each one represents an entire portfolio of businesses, not a single account.

The data gap seals it. Enterprise tools query AI engines from the outside and never touch first-party data. Nobody is capturing real AI-driven traffic on local business websites at all. That data does not exist anywhere today, and every agency signed starts collecting it across their entire client portfolio.

Competitive landscape

$189M+ raised across the category. Every dollar went to monitoring dashboards. Not one competitor has shipped a client-side optimization script.

What they do

Solid monitoring product with real customers: citation tracking, share-of-voice, sentiment analysis, competitor benchmarking, source attribution, content audit scoring, crawlability checker, and a prioritized recommendations list. Also includes a marketplace to purchase content placements. Base covers 4 engines; Claude (+$439/mo), AI Mode (+$149/mo), and Gemini (+$149/mo) are paid add-ons. All-in for all engines on Premium: $1,226/mo per brand.

The key distinction

Otterly's optimization is advisory — it surfaces findings and tells you what to fix. There is no client-side script, no automated deployment, and no changes pushed to a client's site from within Otterly. Every recommendation requires manual implementation by the agency or client.

Data situation

Customer-siloed monitoring logs: Otterly can see HTTP bot traffic (which bots hit which pages, how often) but cannot see what content a bot ingested, how it performed in citation outcomes, or what specific changes drove improvement. Traffic telemetry ≠ outcome data. No cross-industry benchmarks.

Tier-by-tier comparison

GeoScript Tier 1 ($399/seat) competes directly with Otterly: same monitoring capabilities, all 6 engines included vs. Otterly's add-on model, white-label built in, first-party bot traffic data via script. GeoScript Tier 2 ($899/seat) is in a category Otterly doesn't enter — automated on-site optimization: schema injection, AI crawler mode, content blocks, llms.txt maintenance. No recommendation list. The script does it.

Profound$96M raised · $1B+ valuation · Sequoia / Lightspeed / Kleiner PerkinsEnterprise AI brand intelligence
What they do

Sophisticated AI visibility analytics for enterprise brands: share-of-voice tracking, competitive gap analysis, prompt attribution, C-suite reporting, and content recommendations. Clients include Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. One of the most technically advanced products in the category.

Market position

Explicitly enterprise-only. Starting price is $295/mo as a portal entry point; meaningful enterprise deployments run significantly higher. Not targeting agencies, not targeting SMBs. Requires dedicated marketing headcount to act on findings.

Why this matters

Their $1B valuation at $96M raised from Sequoia, Lightspeed, and Kleiner Perkins is the single strongest proof point that this category is real, large, and venture-backable. They validated enterprise willingness to pay at scale.

GeoScript advantage

Entirely different buyer. Profound is the enterprise intelligence layer for funded companies. GeoScript is the operational platform for the 125,000+ agencies and millions of SMBs they chose not to serve. We're not competing with Profound — we're building for the market they left open.

Peec.ai~$29M raised · German GmbH · 2,000+ teamsAI monitoring + pitch project analysis
What they do

Monitor brand mentions across 9+ AI engines via UI scraping (not official APIs), giving them broader engine coverage than most. Flat €85/mo (~$93). Offer 'pitch projects' — structured prompt analysis campaigns that show how a brand appears across a defined set of queries. Popular in Europe with growing US traction.

Limitations

Pitch project turnaround is 7 days — slow for agencies with urgent client demands. Flat €85/mo pricing doesn't scale with agency size: a solo consultant and a 50-client agency pay the same. No client-side script, no automated content deployment, no white-label PDF export.

Agency program

Invite-only partner program with approximately 20 global partners as of 2025. Partners receive a directory listing — no revenue share, no white-label tools, no reseller infrastructure.

GeoScript advantage

Per-seat pricing that scales with agency revenue. Full white-label reseller model with branded dashboards and PDF exports. Tier 1 ($399) matches Peec's monitoring at a better price point with US/CA/UK/AU coverage. Tier 2 ($899) adds automated on-site optimization that Peec doesn't offer at all. Better economics at every tier.

AthenaHQYC-backed · Ex-Google / DeepMind founding teamAI search analytics + GA4 revenue attribution
What they do

$295/mo analytics platform that connects AI search referral traffic directly to GA4 conversion data — answering 'which AI engines are driving revenue?' Strong technical pedigree from the founding team. The attribution layer is a genuine product differentiator that no other tool in the category has shipped.

Limitations

Monitoring and measurement only — no client-side script, no automated content optimization, no deployment mechanism. No white-label offering, no agency reseller program. Built for sophisticated in-house marketing teams, not for agencies managing multiple clients.

GeoScript advantage

AthenaHQ answers 'how much revenue is AI search driving?' GeoScript answers that and deploys the fix to increase it. GA4 attribution is on our product roadmap. When we ship it, we'll be the only platform that measures AI-driven revenue AND automatically optimizes for more of it.

Scrunch AI$15M Series AAI citability audits + content recommendations
What they do

Persona-based prompt testing, page-level citability scoring, and prioritized content recommendations. Helps marketing teams and agencies understand why specific pages do or don't get cited, and what to change. Well-regarded for the depth of their audit methodology. $15M Series A validates investor appetite in this space.

Limitations

No client-side deployment script. Recommendations are delivered as a report — implementation is entirely manual. No white-label, no reseller program. The audit tells you what to do; the work falls on whoever is doing the content.

GeoScript advantage

Scrunch tells you what to do. GeoScript does it automatically. The gap isn't analytical quality — it's deployment. Agencies pay for outcomes, not reports. That's the $399–$899/seat value proposition: the work happens without an additional billable hour.
