1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using geoscript.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site, including journalists, investors, prospective customers, and researchers.

GeoScript, Inc. ("GeoScript," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents — including but not limited to text, copy, data presentations, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of GeoScript or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial purpose, without GeoScript's express prior written consent.

"GeoScript," the GeoScript logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of GeoScript, Inc. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use any trademark without the owner's written permission.

3. Permitted Use

GeoScript grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your own personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

4. No Scraping or Automated Access

Automated access to the Site — including by crawlers, scrapers, bots, spiders, or any other automated tool — is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from GeoScript. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the automated access is for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Unauthorized automated access to the Site may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and other applicable laws. GeoScript reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against parties who scrape or otherwise extract data from the Site without authorization.

5. Data and Statistics Published on the Site

The Site may contain statistics, market data, performance metrics, research findings, and other informational content derived from GeoScript's proprietary dataset of AI search behavior. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice. GeoScript makes no representation that any statistic, figure, or data point published on the Site is complete, accurate, or current as of the date you access it.

Published data does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome, performance level, or business result. Actual results from using the GeoScript platform vary by business, industry, geography, and AI engine behavior, which is outside GeoScript's control. GeoScript disclaims all liability for reliance on any data, metric, or case study published on the Site.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. GeoScript provides these links for convenience only and does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party sites. Access to any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms of service and privacy policy.

GeoScript's collection and use of information about Site visitors is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GEOSCRIPT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. GEOSCRIPT DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT PUBLISHED ON THE SITE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GEOSCRIPT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF GEOSCRIPT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ALL CASES, GEOSCRIPT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS RELATED TO THE SITE (NOT THE PLATFORM) SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree that any such arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoScript with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the Site.
