What Client Seats does
Client Seats are the billing and entitlement unit in GeoScript. Each active client seat costs $299/month and grants the agency a defined bundle of capabilities for that client: AI visibility monitoring, website intelligence, optimization recommendations, reports, and pitch rooms. A seat is activated through Stripe checkout and moves directly to ACTIVE status on successful payment. Seats define the boundary between the acquisition loop (before seat) and the delivery loop (after seat).
How it works
Seat activation
When an agency decides to activate a client, they initiate a seat purchase through GeoScript's checkout flow. The seat is backed by a live Stripe integration — checkout, subscription lifecycle, and webhooks are real and verified in the Stripe test environment. On successful payment, the seat activates directly to ACTIVE status. There is no manual intervention required.
Entitlement bundle
An active seat grants: AI visibility monitoring for the client's prompt universe, website intelligence crawling and Content Genome, optimization recommendations, automated deployment access, reports, and pitch room capability. The entitlement bundle is bounded — it grants what is listed and nothing beyond.
Webhook idempotency
Stripe webhooks are processed idempotently — if a webhook is delivered more than once (a normal Stripe behavior), GeoScript's handler detects the duplicate and does not double-activate a seat or double-credit a payment event.
What Client Seats does not do
Clear boundaries increase trust. These limitations are documented explicitly, not buried in footnotes.
Client Seats are not a per-user pricing model — the $299/month fee is per active client, not per agency team member.
A seat does not give the client direct GeoScript access — it is an agency-managed entitlement. The client interacts with GeoScript through reports and Pitch Rooms, not the agency console.
Seat pricing may change — the $299/month figure reflects the current private beta pricing and is subject to revision.
GeoScript does not offer per-feature billing — seats grant the full entitlement bundle or nothing.
