Solutions/GeoScript for Local Businesses

GeoScript for Local Businesses

Multi-location and local service businesses that want to understand and improve how AI engines represent them when customers ask local discovery questions.

Private beta — available now

GeoScript is in private beta. Local businesses can access GeoScript directly or through an agency partner. Direct access: $299/month per active client seat. If you are working with an agency that uses GeoScript, your agency manages the seat.

Who this is for

Multi-location retail, local service businesses (home services, healthcare practices, legal services, restaurants, specialty trades), and franchise operators whose customers increasingly ask AI engines "who's the best [service] near me" or "which [business type] should I call." These businesses are most likely to be recommended — or not recommended — by AI engines in response to location-specific, service-specific queries. GeoScript's Optimization Engine explicitly includes a missing_service_area_block rule targeting businesses that lack geographic service area signals in their content.

The problem

Local and multi-location businesses often have the customer reviews, the reputation, and the physical presence — but their websites don't clearly communicate geographic service areas, service categories, or structured information in the format AI engines parse most readily. A plumber with 200 Google reviews and 15 years in business might be completely absent from a ChatGPT response to "who do I call for emergency plumbing in [city]" simply because their website lacks a LocalBusiness JSON-LD block and a structured service area section. The gap is usually fixable — but only if you can first see that it exists.

How GeoScript fits your workflow

Each capability listed here is in private beta or active development — grounded in GeoScript's real implementation, not a roadmap.

AI Visibility Monitoring

Run location-specific and service-specific prompts against ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to establish a baseline of where your business currently appears — and where it does not.

Prompt Monitoring

GeoScript's prompt universe includes local and service-discovery query categories specifically — geography-specific queries are part of the five-category monitoring set by design.

Website Intelligence

Crawl and snapshot your site to build a structural picture of what it currently communicates about your location, services, and geographic coverage.

Content Genome

Extract typed content blocks including LocalBusiness schema, service area signals, FAQ sections, and meta descriptions — making structural gaps explicit rather than guessed.

Optimization Engine

Get specific recommendations for missing LocalBusiness schema, missing service area blocks, missing FAQ structure, and thin content — the exact fixes most relevant to local AI visibility.

Standard Script

Install a lightweight browser tag on your site so GeoScript can deliver and verify schema and content changes without requiring CMS access or a developer for each update.

Automated Deployment

Deploy approved structural changes through a risk-gated pipeline with independent verification — every change is confirmed to have landed as intended.

Outcome Measurement

After deploying a fix, compare before-and-after AI observations to see whether and how your visibility changed — a factual record, not an estimate.

What GeoScript does not do for you

Clear limitations documented explicitly — not buried in footnotes.

  • GeoScript does not manage Google Business Profile, Yelp listings, or citation directories — it is an AI engine visibility platform, not a local SEO or citation management tool.

  • GeoScript does not guarantee that your business will appear in AI engine responses — it addresses observable structural gaps; engine behavior is outside GeoScript's control.

  • GeoScript does not monitor search engine rankings — only AI engine observations.

  • GeoScript currently monitors 3 of 6 planned AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) — Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Microsoft Copilot are in development.

  • GeoScript does not write content for your website — the Optimization Engine proposes structural and schema changes.

  • Multi-location deployments with many separate sites require a client seat per monitored site — GeoScript does not offer bulk/enterprise pricing in the current private beta.

  • GeoScript is primarily accessed through agency partners — direct business access is available but the platform UI is designed with agency workflows in mind.
