What Agency CRM does

The Agency CRM is purpose-built for the AI visibility acquisition workflow. It tracks every business an agency is pursuing — from first save through active client — inside the same platform where monitoring, analysis, and reporting happen. Agencies do not need a separate CRM for the AI visibility sales motion: the pipeline, the pitch room, the proposal data, and the client seat all live in GeoScript.

How it works

The state machine

Every opportunity in the CRM moves through a defined state machine: PROSPECT → CONTACTED → PITCHING → NEGOTIATING → WON → ACTIVE. States are explicit transitions, not free-form labels. WON and ACTIVE are distinct — a business is WON when the agency decides it is; it becomes ACTIVE only after a paid client seat is activated. This distinction matters because it separates the sales outcome from the billing event.

How the CRM connects to acquisition data

The CRM is fed from the Opportunity Board. When an agency saves or unlocks a business, that business appears in the CRM as a PROSPECT. From there, the agency progresses it through the pipeline. At the PITCHING stage, the agency can generate a Pitch Room directly from the CRM record — the proposal is built from the real observation data GeoScript has for that business.

From WON to ACTIVE: seat activation

When a prospect reaches WON and the agency activates a paid seat, the CRM record transitions to ACTIVE. An ACTIVE record means the client's workspace is live, monitoring is running, and the full delivery loop — website intelligence, recommendations, deployment, reporting — is available for that client.

What Agency CRM does not do

Clear boundaries increase trust. These limitations are documented explicitly, not buried in footnotes.

  • The Agency CRM is not a general-purpose CRM — it does not handle outbound email sequences, contact management beyond the acquisition workflow, or non-GeoScript pipelines.

  • The CRM does not integrate with external CRMs — it is a standalone pipeline tool purpose-built for AI visibility agency sales.

  • WON status does not mean a client is paying — ACTIVE status is required for that distinction.

  • The CRM does not manage billing directly — seat activation connects to the Stripe integration for payment.
