What Opportunity Board does
The Opportunity Board is GeoScript's market-intelligence surface for agencies. It surfaces businesses that have detectable AI visibility gaps — companies that exist and are findable in the real world, but are underrepresented in AI engine responses. Each opportunity is ranked so the most pursuable prospects appear first. Agencies use the board as the entry point to GeoScript's acquisition loop: find a gap, score it, save it, and convert it into a client.
How it works
Save, unlock, and claim
The Opportunity Board has three interaction states. Saving an opportunity flags it for your pipeline without making any claim on it. Unlocking gives your agency deeper access to the opportunity's data — no exclusive relationship is asserted, but it signals active pursuit and may trigger an OPP_EXCLUSIVE_HELD guard that prevents a second agency from simultaneously unlocking the same business. Claiming an opportunity happens on paid seat activation, establishing the formal agency–client relationship inside GeoScript.
What surfaces in the board
Opportunities are surfaced from GeoScript's market observation layer, which detects AI visibility gaps across businesses by category, geography, and query type. The board is ranked — the Opportunity Score (a deterministic eight-component formula) orders opportunities by gap magnitude, evidence strength, and pursuit fit. Agencies see a curated, ranked list, not a raw data dump.
How the board feeds the acquisition loop
Once saved or unlocked, an opportunity flows into the Agency CRM where it begins the pipeline: prospect → contacted → pitching → negotiating → won → active. The Opportunity Board is the top of that funnel. It connects directly to Pitch Rooms — agencies can generate an evidence-backed proposal from an opportunity without leaving GeoScript.
What Opportunity Board does not do
Clear boundaries increase trust. These limitations are documented explicitly, not buried in footnotes.
The Opportunity Board does not provide contact information for prospect businesses — outreach is the agency's responsibility.
Unlocking does not give an exclusive claim on a business — it surfaces additional signals and may restrict concurrent unlocks, but the client relationship is not GeoScript's to grant.
The board does not predict whether a prospect will convert — it scores AI visibility gaps, not purchase probability.
GeoScript does not guarantee that a business listed in the board will respond to agency outreach.
