What Pitch Rooms does
Pitch Rooms are shareable proposal pages that agencies generate from GeoScript's real observation data about a prospect. Instead of building a deck from scratch, the agency produces a Pitch Room: a token-gated public page that shows the prospective client their current AI visibility position, the gap GeoScript detected, and the evidence behind the assessment. The agency controls when the Pitch Room is published and can revoke access at any time.
How it works
From draft to published
Every Pitch Room starts as a DRAFT. The agency fills in the proposal content, reviews the evidence, and publishes when ready. Published Pitch Rooms become accessible via a stable, token-gated URL. The agency can revert to DRAFT or REVOKE access entirely — revoking makes the URL return a 404 to the prospect without exposing any agency data.
Evidence backing
The content of a Pitch Room is grounded in GeoScript's observation data for that business. Visibility gaps, observation counts, and analysis shown in a Pitch Room come from real data points, not narrative assertions. GeoScript does not allow agencies to publish Pitch Room claims that exceed the available evidence — the platform enforces honest observation counts.
Token-gated access and view tracking
Public Pitch Room URLs include a token that grants access. View events are tracked using a service-role-only atomic counter — the count is accurate and cannot be inflated. Agency ownership and relationship ownership are enforced at the database level: an agency can only access Pitch Rooms connected to their workspace.
State machine integrity
The DRAFT → PUBLISHED → REVOKED state machine is database-enforced. Migrations 20260915g+h underpin the full vertical. The Pitch Rooms surface passed 21/21 smoke tests.
What Pitch Rooms does not do
Clear boundaries increase trust. These limitations are documented explicitly, not buried in footnotes.
Pitch Rooms are not automatically sent to prospects — the agency controls publication and distribution.
A Pitch Room does not constitute a contract or service agreement — it is a proposal surface.
The evidence in a Pitch Room reflects GeoScript's observations at the time of generation — it does not update automatically as new monitoring data arrives.
Pitch Rooms do not support custom branding or white-label presentation in the current version.
GeoScript does not contact the prospect on behalf of the agency — outreach is the agency's responsibility.
