Pitch Room
A shareable, token-gated proposal page GeoScript generates from a prospect's AI-visibility data, used by agencies to win client seats.
Definition
A Pitch Room is a GeoScript-generated, evidence-backed proposal page that an agency creates for a specific prospect. Once published, it is accessible via a unique share link — no GeoScript account required. The room presents the prospect's observable AI-visibility picture: how they appear (or fail to appear) in AI engine responses, what the gap looks like, and what GeoScript-powered work could address it. Pitch Rooms are read-only; they are informational artifacts, not interactive proposals or contracts.
The Pitch Room is agency-branded. The share URL contains only a token — no agency identifiers appear in the URL. Published rooms are locked; their content is immutable once published.
Why it matters
Abstract pitches about 'AI SEO' are hard to sell. A Pitch Room gives a prospect a concrete, data-backed look at their own AI visibility situation — making the sales conversation specific and credible rather than generic. Agencies use Pitch Rooms to convert Opportunity Board prospects into paying client seats.
Example
An agency saves an opportunity for a roofing company in Nashville. They create a Pitch Room showing that the company appears in 6% of relevant AI engine responses while competitors average 28%. They publish the Pitch Room and send the share link. The prospect opens it (the agency sees the view count increment), and the conversation shifts from 'what is AI SEO?' to 'why is our number so much lower than theirs?'
How it differs from related terms
A Pitch Room is not a client report. Reports are immutable period-scoped snapshots for existing, paying clients showing what changed and what was done. A Pitch Room is a pre-sale evidence artifact for prospects. Once a prospect becomes a paying client, the agency uses Reports to communicate ongoing progress — not Pitch Rooms.
